We have been working with the investment banking sector since the summer of 2007 to help them engage with top talent in the LGBT student community across the UK and Europe. We worked with the Interbank forum to create a brand for Inside and Out in addition to taking care of all marketing, university and student liaison, candidate selection as well as event development and management. The first event in November 2007 made national headlines and the brand has been going from strength-to-strength ever since.
