Investment banking has traditionally been seen as a male-dominated industry, but Fresh Look is aiming to change that perception. A special event for first-year female undergraduates from all degree disciplines, Fresh Look 2009 took place in July at the London offices of J.P. Morgan and attracted over 100 attendees. As well as having the chance to network with successful women from the sector, students had the chance to put their questions to a panel and find out about the different functional areas within investment banking.
