BAE Systems is a world leader in the aerospace and defence sectors, based at numerous locations worldwide and involved in a range of multinational joint ventures. BAE came to us with an immediate need to fill skilled engineer roles within their business. They were also keen to encourage more applications from young people and women in what is a typically male-dominated industry. In response to this, we developed a strategy and creative work which could attract this target audience.
