Part of the Department of Transport, the Driving Standards Agency is responsible for conducting driving examinations in the UK and for regulating the driver instruction industry. We worked with the DSA to help them recruit up to 400 driving examiners nationwide for around 180 test locations, in both rural and urban areas. The campaign needed to raise the profile of the organisation and address issues around diversity of the workforce since the majority of DSA Examiners fell within the male, white and middle-age group. In line with the brief, we developed creative advertising using a bold and striking colour visual and placed it within relevant targeted media.
