what is greenlight?
Greenlight is the UK’s leading diversity communications agency. We specialise in helping employers and industries attract and retain diverse workforces. Our recent projects have ranged from encouraging more women to join engineering firms, to helping the top investment banks promote their careers amongst the LGBT community. We believe that a one-size-fits-all approach to recruitment marketing and internal communications is not always effective, so we work to develop messages and channels to engage with everyone.
Greenlight is the specialist diversity arm of Stafford Long and Partners.
what do we do?
We produce bespoke solutions for a wide range of client briefs. These vary according to the target group, timescales and budgets available. We can help with everything from small rebranding projects and one-off adverts, all the way through to long-term diversity marketing strategy campaigns and large-scale annual events. We believe research and testing are fundamental to the success of all our projects and these form an integral part of all our work. We can also advise on media planning, PR, diversity and inclusion statements, as well as marketing collateral.
